The Ranchmen's Club is Alberta's first and only Platinum-ranked private Club and it is recognized as one of the top locations in the city for its members to hold events such as: all-day training seminars, annual meetings, family dinners, weddings, and more. The Club’s exceptional service and high quality food and beverage offerings make it a perennial favourite.

Our Catering Team guides members and their administrative assistants through each step of planning for their business and personal bookings in the Club’s fifteen private dining and meeting spaces. The Ranchmen’s Club is a charismatic setting for members’ business meetings, as well as for weddings, anniversaries, and other special celebrations.

Our Culinary team offers delicious and convenient catering options that allow members to design their own menus, or to choose from various seasonal features. We are pleased to consult with those who wish to design a custom menu for any special occasion.

Our Food & Beverage team is here to assist members in selecting the perfect wine pairing from the Club’s extensive wine cellar, and ensure exceptional service delivery during each event.

Cancellation Policy

To Members of The Ranchmen’s Club:

Any bookings cancellations made within a week prior to the booking date, may result in a cancellation fee, the amount of which will be set by the Club on a case by case basis.

To Reciprocal Members and Sponsored Guests:

If the room is cancelled within two weeks of the booking and we are unable to resell the space, half of the food and beverage minimum will be charged as a cancellation fee and is subject to GST.

If the room is cancelled within one week of the booking, the full food and beverage minimum will be charged as a cancellation fee and is subject to GST.
