Dress Code
Business Casual Attire (as a minimum): Jacket & Tie are optional for men, equivalent attire for ladies and children. Jacket is required in the AE Cross Dining Room. Smart Dress Denim: On Fridays and Saturdays throughout the club, with the exception of the AE Cross Dining Room. No rips, tears or fraying please. Summer Attire: Tailored non-denim shorts not less than a 15cm. inseam, short sleeve Dress shirt and Polo Type short sleeve shirt. Dress Sandals. Inappropriate Attire at any time: Cargo, gym, spandex and cut-off shorts, yoga pants, leggings, sweatpants and sweatshirts. Items with graffiti, offensive language or slogans, tank tops, halter tops or midriffs.

Coat Room
Located on the main level, next to Reception. All outerwear (Coats, Gloves, and Scarfs) must be left in the Coat Room. For your convenience there are locking coat racks available. There are no coat racks in the Dining / Private Rooms.

Parking
Two levels of underground parking for members and guests while in the Club, the parking entrance is located on 13th Avenue. The Parkade has a 6ft. height restriction.

Reciprocal Clubs
Members from Canadian Reciprocal Clubs can charge back to their home club, unless otherwise stated by the home club. International Club members must settle payment upon departure.

Letters of Introduction to other Reciprocal Clubs
A letter may be requested by either email or telephone to our front desk.

Meeting Rooms
The Club has a number of meeting rooms available, to accommodate groups of 2 to 175.

Accommodations
No on-site accommodations are available, but there are several hotels close by, which offer a corporate rate for The Ranchmen's Club member's and guests. 

Dining Facilities
The Wolves' Den: Incorporating design elements representative of a CPR railway car, the Wolves' Den is a casual dining area located on the Main Floor; open from 11:30a.m. - 9p.m., Monday to Friday. A delectable luncheon buffet is offered or you may choose from our inviting a la carte menu. Open Saturday 7:00a.m. - 9p.m.

The Main Dining Room (AE Cross)
The Club's dining room is known for being one of Calgary's finest dining experiences. Located on the 2nd Floor, this dining room offers a formal atmosphere; open Monday to Friday for Breakfast and our in season Lunch, 11:30a.m. - 2p.m., Monday to Saturday for an exquisite Dinner, 5:00p.m. - 9p.m.  Jacket is required. Ties are not required however if you choose to wear one you will not feel uncomfortable. Please let the front desk know if you would like to be seated later in the evening. Please note papers, cell phones, laptops, cameras, etc. are not permitted in either the Wolves' Den or Main Dining Room. Cell phones may be used in the phone booths and Private Rooms, but not in common areas of the Club.

Billiard Room
Our turn of the century Billiard Room features three 6' X 9' championship tables. Ornately designed, these handsome tables are often in use for billiards, snooker or slosh where members and guests may come in and enjoy playing gentlemen's rules. The north-end has card tables and a TV with full cable services to enjoy. The club's food and beverage team is pleased to offer full beverage service, an 8 Ball Buffet, or simply enjoy a relaxing meal from our a la carte menu. Wine Cellar Room: This exquisite room is not only beautiful and inviting but also provides an excellent backdrop for your meal. Open for Private functions for 2 - 10 people.
